Privacy notice
This site collects as little as it can: the email address you give us for the waitlist, and the optional answers next to it. No analytics, no advertising trackers, and we set no cookies.

citylith.com is run by HM Studio, Budapest, Hungary, the maker of Citylith. HM Studio is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: info@citylith.com.
What we collect and why
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store your email address and anything you choose to add: your role and your main software.
- Why: to send you news about Citylith, the first beta builds and the founders price at launch, and to use the optional answers to plan the product.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You confirm it by clicking the link in the confirmation email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
- How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If Citylith does not launch, we delete the list.
Emails you send us
If you write to info@citylith.com, we keep the conversation for as long as we need it to answer you and for our records.
Technical data
Like any website, the servers that deliver this site see your IP address and browser details when you load a page. Our host keeps these logs briefly for security and to keep the site running (our legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use them to identify or profile you.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@citylith.com and we will answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Hungary this is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), naih.hu. You can also complain to the authority where you live.
Changes
When Citylith goes on sale this notice will grow to cover purchases and licences. We will change the date below whenever we update it.
