These terms cover this website and the waitlist. Citylith itself is not on sale yet. When it is, it will come with its own licence agreement, which you will see before you buy.
The website
citylith.com is run by HM Studio, Budapest, Hungary. By using it you agree to these terms.
The text, images, videos and 3D model on this site belong to HM Studio, except the third-party material listed on the credits page, which stays under its own licence. You may share links to the site and post its images and videos with a credit to Citylith. You may not extract the 3D model or reuse the media to promote another product.
Pre-release information
Citylith is in development. The features, supported software, data coverage, release timing and prices described on this site show our current plans. They can change before launch. Results depend on the open and government data available for each place, and some places are mapped in more detail than others.
The waitlist
- Joining is free and places you under no obligation to buy.
- Waitlist members are offered the founders price at launch. We will state its amount and how long it lasts when sales open.
- You can leave the list at any time with the unsubscribe link in our emails. The privacy notice explains how we handle your data.
No warranty
We keep this site accurate and available as well as we can, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, HM Studio is not liable for loss caused by using this site or relying on its pre-release information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
